Aida Clemencia Piedra-80, of Marlboro, MA died Monday, July 17, 2006 at Bolton Manor Nursing Home surrounded by her loving family.
She is survived by her husband of fifty four years; Cesar A. Piedra.
Born in Quito, Ecuador, she was the daughter of the late Ernesto and Celiade (La Torre) Torres.
She was a loyal and devoted wife and mother to her family. She was a devoted catholic, loved to travel visiting family and friends and loved long walks enjoying the many sites of nature. She also enjoyed teaching and education.
Besides her husband she is survived by her children; Cesar E. Piedra and his wife Grace of Marlboro, Sergio Piedra and his wife Ana Bella of Millis, Mario Piedra and his wife Maria of Norfolk and Gino Piedra of Boston. She is also survived by her sister; Celia Ernestina Torres De Almeida of Ecuador and six grandchildren; Cesar Alexander, Chase, Kelsey, Jonathan, Brandon and Taylor.
A funeral mass will be celebrated today, July 19, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. in Saint Michaels Church 21 Manning street Hudson MA. There are no calling hours.
