Angelina S. Carvalho-89, of Hudson, MA, died Wednesday, February 14, 2007, at her residence in Hudson after being stricken ill.
She was the wife of the late Jose R. Carvalho who died in 1995 and the late Antonio F. Sousa who died in 1965.
Born in Santa Maria the Azores, Portugal, daughter of the late Antonio P. and Antonia J. (Braga) Cabral.
She retired from the former Thomas Taylor Co. in Hudson. She was a member of Saint Michael's Parish in Hudson and a member of Our Lady of Fatima in Hudson.
She is survived by her children, Maria Carvalho of Bolton, Ines Leonardo and Helen Chaves, both of Hudson, and Joseph Sousa of Holiday, FL. She is also survived by her sisters, Maria Cabral and Deolinda Loura, both of Hudson, her step-children, Antonio Carvalho of Bolton, Jose Carvalho and Maria I. Monteiro, both of Hudson, 15 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She was the mother of the late Rosa Robichaud and sister to the late Jose Cabral, Manuel Cabral and Antonio Cabral.
A funeral mass will be celebrated Saturday, February 17, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. in Saint Michaels Church 21 Manning street Hudson, MA. Calling hours will be held Friday, February 16, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, Inc. 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA 01749. Burial will be in Saint Michael's Cemetery, Hudson, MA.
