Angelo Gigliotti

Angelo Gigliotti, 70, of Hudson, passed away at home, on Monday, August 31, 2021, with his family by his side. He is survived by his beloved wife of almost 50 years, Pasqualina (Acuri) Gigliotti.

Angelo also leaves his two children, Luigi R. Gigliotti and his wife Luisa of Clinton, MA and Sandro P. Gigliotti and his wife Erika of Michigan; two grandchildren, Julia and Aurora Gigliotti; 5 siblings in Italy and many nieces and nephews.

Angelo was born on February 26, 1951 in Platania, Catanzaro, Italy, one of six children of the late Luigi and Saveria (Fragale) Gigliotti. He was raised in Torino, Italy and after marrying the love of his life, he immigrated to Watertown, MA and spent the next 49 years between Torino and the Watertown area. Angelo had a long career working in construction as a skilled carpenter, before retiring. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and playing cards.

Relatives and friends are invited to a period of visitation from 5-7pm on Friday, September 3, 2021 at Tighe Hamilton Regional Funeral Home,  50 Central St., Hudson, MA. Burial will be in Italy at a later time.
