Anthony A. Huntington III, 55, of Hopkinton, formerly of Grafton, died on October 23rd at Milford Regional Medical Center. He leaves his loving wife of 24 years, Lisa M. (Marini) Huntington.
Anthony was born in Parkersburg, WV, son of the late Anthony A. Huntington Jr. and survived by his mother Gail (Levasseur) Huntington. As the son of a navy man his fathers travels brought him to Westborough, MA as a youth and later Beverly, MA where he attended local schools and was a 1984 graduate of Beverly, H.S. He then attended Salem State University earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Computer Software in 1989. He was currently employed as a software engineer with ReadyComputing Agency of New York, NY working with the VA Hospitals on their medical records software.
Besides his wife and mother, Anthony leaves his 3 children, Anthony A. Huntington IV, Adam Huntington and Audra Huntington, all of Hopkinton. He also leaves his mother in-law, Rosemary (Buteau) Marini; brother in-law Frank C. Marini III and wife Carla; 2 sisters in-law, Laura Marini and her significant other Jerome Ghisolphi, Linda Marini-Shea and husband Richard; nieces and nephews, Meagan Maldari, Rick Shea, Lyla Marini along with other relatives and close friends.
Anthony enjoyed many hobbies and interests such as mountain hiking in the White Mountains in New Hampshire, where he conquered the 4,000 foot tall mountains. He also loved the stage, becoming an accomplished actor in local musical theatre. He loved performing in many local productions and had even met Lisa while performing in the musical , "Into The Woods". He made many trips to Disney to appease his wife and children and cherished all the time he spent with them. He always enjoyed a night out to the movies and visiting family and friends. His life was unfortunately short but memories of a free spirited loving and caring man are left to cherish by all who loved and knew him.
Visitation will be held on Thursday November 4, 2021 from 10-11:00am immediately followed by a memorial service at Tighe Hamilton Regional Funeral Home, 50 Central St. Hudson, MA 01749. Burial services will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Anthony may be made to ArtsNashoba in Ayer, MA, or BayPath Animal Rescue in Hopkinton, or whichever charity reminds you of Anthony's spirit.
