Arlene M. (Cobb) Fowler, 81, of Hudson died Monday March 9, 2009 at Bolton Manor Nursing Home in Marlboro. She was the wife of Albert Fowler who died in 1995.
Born in Stoughton, she was the daughter of the late Clarendon and Violet (Peck) Cobb and was employed at Marlboro Hospital as a purchasing agent for many years until her retirement. She was a member of the First Federated Church of Hudson, member of the Hudson Senior Center and a member of AARP. Arlene enjoyed crossword puzzles in her spare time.
She is survived by her children, Edward F. Fowler of Viginia, Vondelle Fieldsend of Maine, Brian D. and Timothy J.Fowler of Colorado and Ruth Fowler of Worcester. She is also survived by her brother, Clarendon Cobb Jr. of Easton; 9 Grandchildren; one Great Grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday March 12, 2009 at 11:00AM in the Tighe Hamilton Funeral Home, 50 Central Street, Hudson. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday March 11, 2009 from 5:00 to 8:00PM at the funeral home.
