Beverly S. (Tervo) Andrade, 82, of Hardwick, MA, passed on Monday, June 17, 2024. She was the beloved wife of 63 years of the late Joseph B. Andrade. Jr. She was a long-time resident of Hardwick, MA.
Beverly was born on May 3, 1942, in Marlborough, MA, to her late parents William Tervo and Clara Helen (Stone).
Beverly is survived by her sons Joseph B. Andrade III of Hardwick, MA, and Michael W. Andrade of Sterling, MA; her sisters Eleanor Baldero and her husband Bruce of Rutland, MA, and Lynda Prindle of Marlborough, MA; her grandchildren Valerie Andrade, Joseph B. Andrade IV, Michael D. Andrade; her great-grandson Cillian; as well as other relatives and friends. She is predeceased by her husband Joseph B. Andrade, Jr.; her parents William and Clara Helen Tervo; and her brother William Tervo.
Beverly owned and operated a farm in Hardwick, MA, where she and her husband raised Morgan horses. She was a lover of all animals. She was a member of the National Morgan Horse Association, as well as National Humane Society, and generously donated to many charities including the Shriners Children’s Hospital and to different horse rescue associations.
Beverly will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
According to her own wishes, all services for Beverly will be held privately, under the direction of Tighe Hamilton Regional Funeral Home.
