Cathleen A. Gault-44, of Hudson, MA, passed away peacefully Tuesday, June 19, 2007, at home surrounded by her loving family.
She leaves her beloved parents, Gerald and Carol (Bosquet) Gault of Marlborough, her 2 loving children; Jaclyn A. and Timothy J. Provencal of Hudson, her brother Jay Gault and his wife Andrea, and niece Ashley A. Gault all of Rutland. She also leaves her devoted partner Susan Tack of Hudson.
Born in Marlborough, MA, Cathi attended Hudson schools and was a graduate of Hudson H.S. class of 1980 and later graduated summa cum laude at Fitchburg State College in 1984. She worked as a programmer for the former Digital Equipment Corp. for many years and most recently she was a project manager at Carnegie Communications in Westford. Cathi was a charter member of the Kittyhawks Girls Hockey Team, winning the Girls National Championship in Encourse, MI in the 70's, and until her illness, continued to play hockey with the Women's Nighthawks Hockey Team out of the Sports Center in Marlborough. She was an avid photographer specializing in nature and the outdoors.
A funeral mass will be celebrated Saturday, June 23, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. in Saint Michaels Church, 21 Manning Street Hudson, MA. Calling hours will be held Friday, June 22, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, Inc. 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA 01749. Burial will be at a later date in Forestvale Cemetery, Hudson, MA.
