David "Peter" LeMoine

David “Peter” LeMoine, age 61, of Stow Mass passed away on Monday February 24th, 2025 with his family by his side after a period of declining health. Peter was the son of the late Miriam (Pihlajamaki) and the late Francis E LeMoine.

Peter leaves behind his beloved sons, David “Peter” Jr. and Joseph, his sisters Nancy, Mary and her husband Wayne Pena, and his sister Susan. Peter is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great niece and nephew. He is predeceased by his brother Frank, sister Catherine and sister Patricia.

The youngest of 7, Peter graduated from Assabet High School and began his lifelong career in sheetmetal fabrication and welding, owning his successful business, The Fab Shop. Peter was an avid car and motorcycle collector, both full size and models, and anything with a HEMI in it. He enjoyed his car shows and was a TyRod member for years. He painted the lines at many a show.

Peter’s biggest passion was supporting his boys with all of their activities, from coaching DEK hockey to never missing a baseball, football, or hockey game if one of them were playing. He loved taking them, along with all of the nieces and nephews, camping as often as he could.

Peter was an accomplished pool player and competed the Las Vegas World Championships in 2017. One of the many adventures he shared with his sons. He was also a member of the Maynard Elks.

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, March 18th, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Tighe Hamilton Regional Funeral Home, 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA 01749. A Celebration of Life will follow beginning at 7:00 p.m. on the same day. A private burial will be held at the convenience of the family. 

He will be deeply missed by family and friends.
