Denise A. Osborne

Denise A. (Daigneault) Osborne, 85, of Hudson, MA, died on Sunday, March 23, 2025 at home with her loving family by her side.

Denise was born and raised in Rock Island, Quebec, Canada, daughter of the late Henri and Esther (Beaudry) Daigneault. She attended local schools and was a graduate of Our Lady of Mercy Catholic School. She moved to the United States in 1957, settling in the Gleasondale area of Stow, MA. She raised her family there and in 1986 she moved to Hudson, MA until her passing. She was employed by Digital Equipment Corp. for many years managing their incoming shipments until their downsizing when she accepted an early retirement from the company. She went to work for a short time with Hypertronics Corporation located in Hudson, MA. She spent several years following her retirement as a Town of Hudson crossing guard. She was a member of Saint Michael Parish in Hudson.

Denise is survived by her children, Theresa Osborne and her partner Steve Powell of Shrewsbury, MA, , Stuart Osborne Jr. and his wife Marie of Scottsdale, AZ; Dawn Thingili and her husband George of Simi Valley California. Her 7 grandchildren, Tiffany Paris and her husband Matt, Melissa (Bryce) Larson and her husband Shaun, Nicholas Thingili, Alycia Gale, Adam Osborne, and Michael Osborne and his fiancé Aubrie. Her 5 great grandchildren, Arianna Bryce-Rudd, Alyanna Rudd, Madison and Carter Paris, Toby Larson.

She is also survived by her sister, Claire Ashman of Hudson, MA; her 2 brothers, Robert Daigneault and his wife Barbara of Sutton, MA, Michael Daigneault of Wilmington North Carolina, along with her many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her grandson Nathan Bryce; her 2 sisters, Lorraine Makinson, Jeannette Line and brother Richard Daigneault.

Denise loved to read, play cards and watch the weather channel. She also looked forward to trips to Foxwoods with family and friends. She cherished spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren . Denise had a welcoming and warm spirit she shared with everyone she knew and her memories will be forever cherished by those who loved and knew her.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, May 16, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Regional Home, 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA 01749. A funeral service and Celebration of Denise’s life will follow at 12:00 p.m. in the funeral home; Procession for Graveside Services will immediately follow to Forestvale Cemetery, Broad Street, Hudson, MA.
