Dorothy E. (Parker) Morvillo, 76, of Hudson and Nokomis, FL, died Suddenly Friday, July 11 at her residence in Hudson.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Dario Morvillo of Hudson and Nokomis, FL.
She was born in Lynn, daughter of the late Harold and Estelle (Phaneuf) Parker and was a graduate of Hudson H.S, class of 1949. Mrs. Morvillo was employed as an administrative asst. for the former Digital Equipment Corp. in Northboro. She was a member of Saint Joseph's the Good Provider Parish of Berlin and the former Christ King Parish of Hudson. She was also an active member of the Doo Little Club in Hudson.
She is survived by her 3 daughters, Darilyn M. Tervo and husband David of Bolton, Cheryl Ann Monaghan of Marlboro and Janice Lee Dougal and husband Scott of Amherst, NH. She is also survived by her brother, William Parker and Wife Mary of Waltham and 3 grandchildren, Katelyn Beth Monaghan, Courtney Dougal, and David Dougal.
A funeral mass will be celebrated Tuesday, July 15, at 10:00 a.m. in Saint Joseph's The Good Provider Church, 52 West Street, RT. 62, Berlin, MA. Burial will follow in Forestvale Cemetery, Hudson. Calling hours will be held Monday, July 14 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, Inc. 50 Central St. Hudson, MA 01749.
