Edward G. Wagner, 57, of Hudson, died Wednesday, Sept. 29th at Marlboro Hospital.
Edward was born in Boston and raised in North Reading and Somerville by his parents, the late Herbert H. and E. Constance (Allonby) Wagner. He was employed in the housekeeping dept. at Emerson Hospital in Concord for over 22 years until 1992 and has been residing in Hudson for the past 44 years. Edward was a member of the Path Finders of Stoneham and he enjoyed cooking and assembling models as hobbies.
He is survived by his siblings, Douglas Wagner of Oxford, Dale Publicover of Alton Bay, New Hampshire, Barbara Hartley of Norwich, Conn. Christine Ganoe of Rindge, New Hampshire, Brenda Karlson of Hudson and Dawn Wagner of Shrewsbury. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Edward will be remembered mostly for his unique "corny" personality by all his family and friends.
A graveside service will be held privately at the convenience of the family in Forestvale Cemetery, Hudson. There are no calling hours. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of: Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, Inc. 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA 01749.
