Frederick H. Daigneault, 86, died Tuesday, April 25, 2006 at Westboro Healthcare Center in Westboro. He is survived by his wife of fifty eight years Frances (Foti) Daigneault. He was born in Hudson, MA son of the late Henry and Catherine(Henry) Daigneault. He was a veteran of WWII serving in the U.S. Army Air Corps as a corporal. He participated in the Northern France, Rhineland Ardennes, Central Europe and Normandy air offensive campaigns. He was employed by Durand Chevrolet of Hudson as a mechanic for many years and later as a salesman until he retired in 1991. He was a member of Saint Michael Church in Hudson.
Besides his wife he is survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews. He was the father of the late Karen Daigneault who died December 2, 2003.
His funeral will be held from the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home Inc, 50 Central St. Hudson, MA 01749 Saturday, April 29, 2006 with a funeral mass at 10:00 a.m. in Saint Michaels Church 21 Manning street Hudson MA. Calling hours will be Friday, April 28 from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. Burial will be in Forestvale Cemetery, Hudson.
