Geraldine R. (Carroll) Brier

Geraldine "Geri" R. (Carroll) Brier, 84, of Hudson, MA, passed away peacefully on August 26, 2023 at home with her family.

Geri was born on May 24, 1939, to John and Marguerite Carroll in Waltham, MA. She was married to her late husband David Brier Sr. for 44 years. Geri and Dave went on to have 5 children.

Geri and Dave were active in the Hudson community where they owned and operated Bryco Machine Inc. for over 25 years. They were also active members of the Riverside Rod and Gun club and the Hudson Elks Lodge in where they formed life long friendships.

Geri found enjoyment spending time with her family, vacationing in Wells, Maine, reading, drawing, painting, watching her soap operas and occasionally sneaking off to McDonald's for the forbidden breakfast.

Geri was predeceased by her husband David Brier Sr., her sister Elizabeth Lacava, and brothers Richard and Jack Carroll.

Geri is survived by her twin brother George Carroll and his wife Kathleen (Kitty) of Waltham, her children, Cindy Bates, Paula Lindsey, Karen Clark, Tammy Arbour and her husband Frank of Hudson, Dave Brier Jr. and his wife Fran of Clinton, along with 9 grand children and 12 great grand children.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday August 30, 2023, from 4:00pm-7:00pm at Tighe Hamilton Regional Funeral Home, 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday August 31, 2023, at 9:00am at Saint Michael Parish, 21 Manning Street, Hudson, MA; followed by a procession to Forestvale Cemetery, Hudson, MA, for committal services.
