Gertrude M. Charbonneau-92, of Hudson, MA died Tuesday, August 29, 2006, at Bolton Manor Nursing Home surrounded by her loving family.
She was the wife of the late Roland "Squash" Charbonneau who died in November of 1990.
Born in Hudson, MA, she was the daughter of the late James and Ellen (Cronin) Mullane.
She was a graduate of Saint Michael's Academy in Hudson and was employed by the Harrity Envelope Co. for many years. She was also employed by the Hudson Public School system working in the cafeteria of the Forest Avenue School. She was an avid Boston Red Sox fan and treasured some of the players' autographs and memorabilia.
She is survived by her children; Joyce Cunningham and her husband Warren of Hudson, Janet Lyman of Hudson, Joan Anastas and her husband Jack of Hudson and Jeanne Kaloustian and her husband Chuck of Hampton, NH. She is also survived by her eleven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late James Mullane, John Mullane, Helen Barnes and Catherine Jennison.
A funeral mass will be celebrated Friday, September 1, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. in Saint Michaels Church 21 Manning street Hudson, MA. Calling hours will be held Thursday, August 31, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, Inc. 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA 01749. Burial will be in Saint Michael's Cemetery, Hudson.
