Harold Belseth, 90, of Bolton, MA, formally of Hudson, died Tuesday, April 10, 2007 at his residence in Bolton with his family at his side.
He leaves his wife of 60 years, Dorothy E. (Lee) Belseth of Bolton.
He was born in Blackstone, MA, son of the late Harold and Margit (Andersen) Belseth.
He was a veteran of WWII, serving in the U.S. Army as a Sergeant in New Guinea and Luzon. He was a machine operator for Design Pak of Marlborough until his retirement. He was a member of Trinity Church in Bolton.
Besides his wife, he leaves his children, Joanne B. Wiggins of Acton, MA, Barbara J. Lopatin of Reston, VA, and Donald R. Belseth of Acton, MA. He is also survived by his sister, Margaret Bickford of Hopedale, MA; and his grandchildren, Benjamin, and Jennifer Lopatin; Erik, Jonathan, Hannah and Mark Wiggins; and Andrew Belseth.
His funeral will be held at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, Inc. (www.tighehamilton.com.) 50 Central St. Hudson, MA 01749 with a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 14, 2007 in the funeral home. Visitation will be Saturday from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. prior to the service. Burial will be in South Cemetery, Bolton, MA.
