Helen A. (Sullivan) Charbonneau, 97, of Hudson, died Monday, July 12th at the Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center in Northboro. She was the wife of the late Norman Charbonneau who died in 1973.
Helen was born in Oakham, daughter of the late Francis A. and Bernice L. (Burnham) Sullivan. She was a lifelong resident of Hudson and was employed for many years by the former R.T. Harrity Co. in Hudson and was employed by the former Boston-Maine Railroad Station in Hudson. She was a former member of the Hudson Historical Society; member of the former Christ the King Parish in Hudson and member of Saint Michael's Parish in Hudson.
Helen is survived by her many nieces and nephews and was the sister of the late Barbara Lapan, Edmund "Ed" Sullivan, Shirley Borella, Herbert Sullivan, Albert Sullivan and Phyllis Sullivan.
A funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, July 15th at 10:00 a.m. in Saint Michael's Church, 21 Manning Street, Hudson. Burial will follow in Saint Michael's Cemetery, Hudson. A calling hour will be held on Thursday, July 15th from 8:45 to 9:45 a.m. prior to the mass at the: Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, Inc. 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA 01749.
