Holly Carmichael

Townsend-Holly D. (Hamilton) Carmichael, 53, died at her home on Wednesday December 29, 2004 after a short illness. She is survived by her husband Philip Carmichael, two sons Jason and his fiancAC.e Joanne McLaughlin of Hudson and Heath of Stowe. Survived by three brothers Brad Hamilton of Lancaster, Richard Hamilton of Lancaster and Lawrence Hamilton of ME and Two grandchildren Brandon and Megan Carmichael. Born in Clinton she was the daughter of the late Eliot and Hazel (Bailey) Hamilton of Lancaster. She is also survived by her sister in law Alice Carmichael-Casavecchia of Lancaster, brother in law Edward Carmichael and his wife Sally of Exeter NH and her special friends Diane Soule, David DeBoer of Hudson and many nieces and nephews. She was an active volunteer at the Bolton Food Pantry and Hudson Schools, especially Forest Avenue School. She had a great love for animals and cared for horses and other animals at her stables in Townsend. Funeral services will be held from the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home Inc. 50 Central St. Hudson on Saturday January 1st 2005 at 2PM, visitation will be held from 1-2pm prior to the service. Interment will be private. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the donor's charity of choice.
