Howard "Curtis" C. Hunter

Howard "Curtis" Hunter Jr. 65, passed peacefully at home Sunday, June 18, 2023. Born October 2, 1957 to Howard Hunter and Norma Forance.

Curtis was a paramedic his entire adult life. He started working for his Uncle Ronald Forance at Marlboro Hudson Ambulance. Curtis passion was his job, he cared for your family as if they were his family.

He was predeceased by his parents Howard (and his wife Josie) and Norma (and her husband Joe). He leaves behind the mother of his children Patricia Hunter, his daughter Crystal Sowden (Her husband Nickolas), Anne Hunter ( Ruben Hernandez) his boys Bryan, Shayne, and Shawn Rheaume.  He leaves behind two grandsons, Joshua Sowden and Christopher Hernandez Hunter. He has 4 sisters, Kathleen Chiaravalloti, Maria Rocha, Lisa Sundeen, and Ramona Hall. He leaves behind many neices, nephews, so many cousins and friends.

When Curtis wasn't working, which wasn't often, he enjoyed cooking for his family, whether it was his EMS or his home family. Curtis loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He enjoyed all Boston Sports, the Bruins, Red Sox, and the Patroits, which he went to in the 80s with his cousin. He also worked for Fiske racing, American Red Cross teaching classes, and many years at Marlboro Hospital.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Howard "Curtis" Hunter on Saturday, July 8, 2023 from 1:00 to 4:00 PM at the Horseshoe Pub, 29 South Street, Hudson, MA.
