James Boisvert, 70, of Hudson, MA, died Thursday, September 6, 2007 at home with his loving family at his side.
He was the loving husband of Patricia A. (Brackett) Boisvert for 45 years of Hudson, MA.
He was the devoted father of, James M. Boisvert and his wife Patricia of North Grafton, MA, David Boisvert and his wife Deborah of Hudson, MA and Dianne Bonaventura and her husband Kevin of Shrewsbury, MA. He was the proud grandfather of, Paul, Jenna, Alexandra, Patrick and Colleen. He also leaves many nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by several brothers and sisters.
He was born in Lowell, MA, son of the late John and Harriet (Cox) Boisvert and was a graduate of Lowell H.S.
He worked for more than 35 years in the banking community rising to Vice President of the Commercial Bank and Trust of Lowell, MA. He ended his career at Future Electronics in Bolton, MA. He spent many years working with the former Hudson CYO Royal Jades Marching Band. He was an avid sports fan and golfer and in recent years enjoyed trips to Mohegan Sun with his wife.
Family and friends may attend calling hours Sunday, September 9, 2007 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, Inc. (www.tighehamilton.com.) 50 Central St. Hudson, MA 01749. A funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. following calling hours at the funeral home. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
