Hudson, MA
James Michael Curley, dearly beloved son, husband, father, brother,
uncle, and friend to all, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 28,
2012 at the age of 54.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret Nicholas Curley, the love of his
life, daughter, Rachael Curley and two step sons Joshua and Dylan
Edwards. His parents, Raymond and Gloria Curley, along with his four
brothers, Gerry Curley, Gene Curley, Ray Curley and Thomas Curley will
cherish his memory forever. Jim was preceded in death by his sister,
Kathleen Curley who died in 2000.
Jim graduated from Hudson High in 1976. While at Hudson High he was a
talented athlete playing on both the varsity Hockey and Tennis teams.
Jim was gifted with the extraordinary ability to always see the best
in others. He was a jack of all trades and happiest when working hard
for others. Jim will always be remembered for his kind heart, gracious
spirit, contagious laugh and killer potato soup.
Jim was a devoted father and cherished the years he spent with Rachael
watching her grow into the amazing girl she is today. It would be
Jimmy's request that in lieu of flowers, a donation be made to a
college trust fund set up for Rachael at Avida Bank. Please send

A funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday, Dec. 1st at 11:00 a.m. in Saint Michael's Church, 21 Manning Street, Hudson. A private committal service will be held at the convenience of the family. Family and friends may attend calling hours on Friday, Nov. 30th from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, Inc. 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA 01749.
