Jeffrey J. Phaneuf, 20, of Blackstone, died on Sunday, April 5 at the Landmark Medical Center in Woonsocket RI. He leaves his parents, James Phaneuf of Blackstone and Amber (Radosta) Phaneuf -Callerey of Cape Cod.
Born in Worcester, Jeffrey was a 2006 graduate of Dennis-Yarmouth Regional H.S. and prior to that he attended Blackstone-Millville Regional H.S. for 3 years. He was currently employed as a technician by May Institute in Attleboro. Jeffrey enjoyed playing sports, especially on his high school basketball, baseball and golf teams.
Besides his parents, he leaves two sisters, Gina Phaneuf of Framingham, Angela Phaneuf of Douglas; his grandparents, Richard and Patricia (Duley) Phaneuf of Shrewsbury, Angelo and Margi Radosta of Malden and Joseph and Joan Ditommaso of Marlboro.
His funeral service and burial are to be held at the convenience of the family. Family and friends may attend calling hours on Thursday, April 9, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, Inc. 50 Central St. Hudson, MA 01749.
