John A. (Jack) Ferruccio-77, of Hudson, MA died Saturday, July 15, 2006 at his home.
He is survived by his wife of fifty five years; Nelda (Dieorio) Ferruccio.
Born in Hudson, MA, he was the son of the late Dominic and Nellie (Stark) Ferruccio.
Mr Ferruccio owned and operated Ferruccio & Son Oil Co. until he retired. He was a graduate of Hudson H.S. class of 1947 acting as his class treasurer in 1947. He was co-captain of the 1946 Hudson H.S. football team. He was a lifetime member of the Riverside Rod & Gun Club of Hudson, a member of the Hudson Elks, Hudson V.F.W., Hudson Fraternal Order of Eagle's and the Marlborough Moose. He was a U.S. veteran serving in the Navy.
Besides his wife he is survived by his children; Kevin J. Ferruccio and his wife Beth of Hudson, Nikki Anderson and her husband John of Leominster. He is also servived by his seven grandchildren; Allison, Mark, and John Ferruccio, all of Hudson, Daniel and Dylan Anderson, Kristy, and Katey Ramelli all of Leominster.
He was the brother of the late Helen Fidanza.
A funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 18, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. in Saint Michaels Church 21 Manning street Hudson MA. There are no calling hours. Burial will be in Forestvale Cemetery, Hudson.
