John F. Valle, 62, of Stow, formerly of Maynard, died unexpectedly at his home on Wednesday, June 10th. He leaves his two loving daughters, Nell and Amarys Valle, both of Stow.
John was born in Trieste, Italy, son of the late Giacomo and Nerina (Saulig) Valle. He was employed as a Director of Human Services by the State of Massachusetts within its State Hospital System for many years until his retirement. He was an avid reader and history buff. John always looked forward to traveling, especially visiting many museums in his travels. He was a loving and devoted father and cherished all the wonderful times he shared with his family. He will be truly missed.
Besides his daughters, he is survived by his sister, Anna Reich of Staten Island, NY; his nephew, John Reich and his wife Denise of California; his niece, Tina Reich of Pennsylvania and several great nieces and great nephews.
Family and friends may attend calling hours on Friday, June 12th from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Tighe--Hamilton Funeral Home, Inc. 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA 01749. A graveside service will be held in Holy Rood Cemetery, Westbury, NY at the convenience of the family.
