Collins, Joseph Francis, 58, of Lexington, Nov. 27th. Loving son of Mary L. (Legraw) Collins of Lexington and the late Lawrence T. Collins. Also survived by his three sisters, Mary M. Collins-Legg and her husband Richard of Hudson, Anne M. Collins of Waltham, Elizabeth Graham-Collins of Norton and his nephew, John Curtis Legg of Hudson. Born in Medford and raised in Lexington; Attended local schools and was a graduate of Lexington H.S. He later attended Northeastern University earning a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He was employed for many years as a Mechanical Engineer by the U. S. Government in Washington, D.C. in their Nuclear Submarine Program. Joseph loved animals, especially caring for his pet cat. In his spare time he enjoyed tinkering with cars and listening to music. He always looked forward to playing his keyboard. His love and unique personality will be missed. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, Dec. 1st at 9:00 a.m. in Saint Michael's Church, 21 Manning Street, Hudson. Burial will follow in Forestvale Cemetery, Hudson. There are no calling hours.
