Juliette "Julie" L. (Brooks) Morel

Juliette “Julie” L. Morel, 93, passed away Monday, February 1, 2021 with her family by her side.  She is predeceased by her husband of 53 years, Robert “Bob” E. Morel and her son David R. Morel.  She is survived by her daughters: Linda M. Donahue and her husband John of Hudson, Sandie J. Morel of Bradford and Christine L. Shanahan of Merrimack; 5 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  Juliette was also predeceased by her 2 brothers and 3 sisters.

Julie was born and raised in Coventry, VT the daughter of the late Charles and Yvonne (LaMothe) Brooks.  She met and married the love of her life Bob and relocated to Hudson where Julie was dedicated to raising their family.  She enjoyed yard work, knitting, chrocheting, sewing, word searches and Julie was an avid golfer who always tried to beat Bob and her nephews at the game.  Julie was a Vermont farm girl at heart and would visit her home regularly for family gatherings where she would always come back with her accent, which would last a few weeks.  Her greatest joys were spending time with her children and grandchildren and taking care of her husband.  She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
