Karen L. (Lord) Silva-57, of Hudson, died Saturday, March 1, at Marlborough Hills Healthcare Center.
She was the wife of Charles F. Silva of Hudson for 38 years.
She was born in Westerly, RI, daughter of the late Frank L. and Mary G. (Lewis) Lord.
She was employed as a teacher at the Children's Horizon in Bolton for many years.
Besides her husband, she leaves her 2 sons, Nathan Silva of Worcester and Tyler Silva of Hudson. She is also survived by 2 sisters, Lynn St. Pierre of Illinois, Pam Hart of Connecticut; 2 brothers, Frank Lord of Florida, Jack Lord of New York and her 3 grandchildren, Tyler Jr., Thomas and Alyssa Silva. She was the sister of the late Gloria Gene French.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 8, at 12:00 noon at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, Inc. 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA 01749. A calling hour will be held from 11:00 to 12:00 noon prior to the service at the funeral home.
