Kathleen M. DeAngelis, 51, of Hudson, died Thursday, April 3 at UMASS Memorial Healthcare on Belmont Street in Worcester.
Born in Marlboro, daughter of the late Louis and Marion (Curley) DeAngelis, she was a 1975 graduate of Hudson Catholic H.S. and later attended courses at Assabet Valley earning her license as an L.P.N. Miss DeAngelis most recently was employed as a nurse at MCI in Framingham and prior to that at Saint Vincent's Hospital in Worcester. She also worked at several other healthcare facilities throughout her career.
She is survived by her brother, John J. DeAngelis of Upton; her aunt, Mildred Flaherty of Braintree and her many cousins.
A funeral mass will be celebrated Wednesday, April 9, at 9:00 a.m. in Saint Michael's Church, 21 Manning St. Hudson. Burial will follow in Saint Michael's Cemetery, Hudson. Calling hours will be held Tuesday, April 8 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home Inc. 50 Central St. Hudson (www.tighehamilton.com).
