Kenneth E. Alden, 90, of Clinton, died Monday, November 8th at Marlborough Hospital. He was predeceased by his wife, Martha (Felton) Slater-Alden
He was born in Boston, son of the late John and Effie (Pierce) Alden. He was a veteran of WWII serving in the U.S. Navy. He attended Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston and was employed as an inspector by General Motors in Framingham for many years. He was a member of the American Legion Post 100, Doric Lodge of Masons in Hudson, Shriner's Lodge in Wilmington, Scottish Rite of Worcester and member of the First Federated Church in Hudson.
He is survived by his children, Dale E. Alden of Groton, Jon W. Alden of Westport, Luella J. Campbell of Riverton, NJ, Martha F. Alden-Sheehan of Hudson and was predeceased by his son, Kenneth E. Alden Jr. in 1996. He is also survived by his several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral services and burial in Forestvale Cemetery were held at the convenience of the family. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of: Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, Inc. 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA 01749.
