KRISTIE HIMMELMAN
STOW- Kristie Himmelman, 60, of Stow died suddenly on April 9, 2009 at Marlborough Hospital. She was the devoted wife of Asaph Himmelman of Stow for 44 years. She was the mother of Heidi Himmelman of Blackstone and Tamera Wooster of Campton, NH. She was also the loving grandmother of Melody Wooster of Campton, NH. She was born in Marlborough on May 19, 1948 to the late Carl R. and Beatrice Johnson of Northborough. She is survived by 2 sisters, Karen Hill of Berlin, and Joyce Gagnon of Shrewsbury. She was predeceased by siblings Carl R. Johnson Jr., of Missouri, Bruce Johnson of Worcester and Barbara Labare of Maynard. She lived most of her hardworking life in Stow where she ran a tree nursery business with her husband for 33 years. Most recently, she was employed as a food service worker for Sodexo, Inc., at EMC in Hopkinton. She was always putting herself before others and was especially appreciated for her sense of humor. She was a most dedicated grandmother who loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed all things in nature and above all birds. A memorial celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday, April14, at 8:00 p.m. at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, Inc. 50 Central St. Hudson, MA 01749. Calling hours are from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 14 at the funeral home prior to the service.
