Lillie V. (Smith) White-92, of Hudson, died Saturday, Jan. 26, at Beaumont Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center in Northboro.
She was the wife of Melvin White who died in 1984.
She was born in Wayland, daughter of the late Walter and Ethel (Witham) Smith.
She worked as an assembler for the Raytheon Co. in Sudbury and Waltham before retiring. She was a member of the Hudson Senior Center and Charter member of the Marlboro Eagle's Auxiliary.
She leaves her daughter, Bette Hemenway of Marlboro; her sister Eleanor Petty of Worcester; 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She was sister to the late Alfred Smith of Wayland.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 2, at 11:00 a.m. at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, Inc. 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA 01749. Burial will follow at Forestvale Cemetery in Hudson. Calling hours are from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, Feb. 1, at the funeral home.
