Lilly A. (Lomas) Boutin, 76, of Hudson formerly of Franklin, died Saturday, Feb. 13th at Bolton Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She leaves her husband of 58 years, Joseph Henry Boutin of Hudson.
Lilly was born in Fall River, daughter of the late Raymond C. and Emma (Ouellette) Lomas and was a 1951 graduate of the Joseph Case High School in Swansea. She resided in Franklin before moving to Hudson in 1978. Lilly was employed as an accountant at Hanscom Air Force Base for over 15 years until she retired in 1990. She was a member of the NCO Wives Club at Wheelus Air Force Base in Lybia, Africa and later at Hanscom AFB. She was also a member of the AERO Club while stationed at Wheelus AFB. Lilly was very creative, especially at oil painting and ceramics which she enjoyed in her spare time.
Besides her husband, she is survived by her children, Jo Ann Sedam of Hudson, Michael Boutin of Ausable Forks, NY, Mark Boutin of Marlboro, Matthew Boutin of Hubbardston and Jean Boutin of Hudson. She is also survived by her 13 Grandchildren and many Great Grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Eileen Morrissette of Wilmington.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday Feb. 20th at 11:00 a.m. at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, Inc. 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA 01749. Calling hours will be held on Saturday, Feb. 20th from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. prior to the service in the funeral home. (www.tighehamilton.com).
