Louise C. (Carpenito) O’Connell

Louise O’Connell, 83, of Boylston, MA passed away on Sunday, December 22nd, 2019.  She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 57 years, Frank O’Connell. Louise is also survived by her 5 children, Ken O’Connell and his wife Susan, Tom O’Connell and his wife Sue, Jim O’Connell and his wife Debbie, Cheryl Harris and her husband Steve and Sharon O’Connell.  She was predeceased by her parents Patrick & Marie Carpenito and all her siblings. She had 12 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Louise O’Connell was born in Medford, MA, on September 2nd, 1936.  She was raised in Medford, MA & Lexington, MA and graduated from Lexington High School.  Louise was married to the love of her life, Frank O’Connell in 1962 and shortly after settled in Hudson, MA where they raised their family and resided until relocating to Boylston in 1986.  Louise owned a diner in Shrewsbury, MA called Dee’s Place for 27 years. Louise loved spending time among her family and was a devoted Wife, Mother, Grandmother & Friend.

A Memorial Gathering will be held at The Hudson Elks, 99 Park St. in Hudson, MA 01749 on Friday, January 10th, 2020 from 3pm - 7pm and All are welcome to Celebrate her Life amongst her Family & Friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Worcester Animal Rescue League and St. Jude’s Hospital.
