Manuel L. Moreira Jr., 35, of Marlboro, formerly of Hudson, died on Sunday, Sept. 25th at his residence.
Manny was born in Framingham, and leaves his loving parents, Manuel and Natalia (Chaves) Moreira of Hudson. He was raised in Hudson where he attended local schools. He was a mason by trade and owned and operated Bentley Services of Marlboro for many years.
Manny had many interests in his life besides the day to day running of his business. He enjoyed many frequent boating trips on local lakes with family and friends. He enjoyed traveling to many coastal locations where he would spend many hours snorkeling and fishing. Besides his family, Manny's love of animals was his true passion and the love and care he shared with his pet Pit Bull "Bentley" will be fondly remembered by all who loved and knew him. The memories of a loving son, brother and loyal friend will be cherished forever.
Besides his parents, he is survived by his sister, Nicole Moreira of Hudson, his maternal Grandmother Maria Chaves of Hudson and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Family and friends may attend calling hours on Saturday, Oct. 1st from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, Inc., 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA 01749 (www.tighehamilton.com). A service and celebration of Manny's life will be held at 4:00 p.m. following the calling hours at the funeral home. Burial services will be held privately at a later date.
