Marguerite F.(Rix) Siewierski-72, of Marlboro, MA, formally of Stow, MA, died Saturday, October 7, 2006 at her residence in Marlboro.
She was the wife of the late Alex L. Siewierski who died January 2, 1993.
Born in England, she was the daughter of the late John Robert and Hilda (Cox) Rix.
She was educated in England prior to moving to the United States in the fifties. She was a former dance instructor for the Arthur Murray Dance Studio in the late fifties where she met her husband whom she married in 1959. She was a former employee of H & R Block for twenty years retiring as a comptroller. She served on the Board of Directors of the Lake Williams Condominium Association for many years after her retirement.
She is survived by her two sons; David Siewierski and his wife Darlene of Stow, MA, Steven Siewierski of Signal Hill, CA and her daughter Suzanne Siewierski of Stow, MA. She is also survived by her two grandchildren; David Jr. and Heather Siewierski.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 11, 2006 from the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, Inc. 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA 01749 at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Brookside Cemetery in Stow, MA.
Calling hours will be Tuesday, October 10, 2006 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
