Marguerite A. Timledge (Pesce), 83 of Sandown, N.H., passed away peacefully on Friday, January 29, 2021 at All American Assisted Living in Kingston, NH with her close friends Wayne and Brian at her side.
She is reunited in heaven with her beloved husband of sixty years, William F. Timledge, Jr.
Marguerite was born in Malden, MA on October 22, 1937, a daughter of the late Agostino “Gus” and Mary (Colameta) Pesce. She was raised in Everett and graduated from Everett High School in the class of 1955 and later attended Bunker Hill Community College (on her lunch break so she could better herself). She married her beloved husband in 1957 and shortly after settled in Sandown, N.H. where they resided for almost 60 years. Many know her as the “Barn sale lady” on Fremont Rd in Sandown. She worked many years in accounting at AVCO Company in Everett, MA, eventually retiring from a similar position at KGR, Inc. in Lawrence, MA, a women’s wear manufacturing company. She had a very special bond with her KGR employer, “Chet” Siddell." She was an avid gardener and an excellent cook. She loved her babies (Scottish Terriers) Mc Clelland and Mackenzie.
Marguerite is survived by her brother, James A. Pesce and his wife, Mary Beth of Wyckoff, NJ and several nieces and nephews, James A. Pesce, Jr., Susan Samay, Patricia Ryan, John A. Pesce and Julia Pesce, James Stewart, David Stewart, Michael Stewart and Allison Poliskey; her close friends, Brian Baker and Wayne Chaney of Sandown, N.H., and her best friend Camilla Casey of South Yarmouth, MA.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was also predeceased by her sister, Marie C. Stewart (Pesce) of Everett, MA.
A period of visitation will be held from 4pm until 6pm on Friday, February 5, 2021 and the following morning on Saturday February 6, 2021, from 8am to 8:30am at Tighe Hamilton Regional Funeral Home, 50 Central St. Hudson, MA.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9 a.m. on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at Saint Michael Parish, 21 Manning St., Hudson, MA; followed by a procession to Saint Michael Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband William F. Timledge, Jr.
