Maria (Bottosso) D'Amici, 86, a long time resident of Hudson, died Tuesday, July 27th at the Coleman House in Northboro. She was the wife of the late Mario D'Amici who died in 1986.
Maria was born and raised in Italy, daughter of the late Antonio and Maria (Peatta) Bottosso. She has resided in Hudson since 1963 after moving here from Italy. She was employed as an assembler by the former Thomas Taylor and Son's Co. for 22 years until her retirement. She was a member of Saint Michael's Parish in Hudson.
Maria is survived by one brother, John Bottosso of Italy and her many nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her three brothers and three sisters, all of Italy.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 29th at 9:00 a.m. at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, Inc. 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA 01749. Burial will follow in Saint Michael's Cemetery, Hudson. A calling hour will be held on Thursday, July 29th from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
