Maria R. (Monteiro) Moura

HUDSON, MA
Maria R. Moura, 79, of Hudson died Saturday Nov. 8, 2008.
Born in Santa Maria, Azores in 1929 she was the daughter
of the late Francisco and Maria (Melo) Monteiro.
Before her retirement she was a machine operator at
the NE Tape Company in Hudson. She was a member of Saint Michael Church
In Hudson where she served as a eucharist minister. She was wife of the
Late Antonio Moura who died in l996.
She is survived by eight children; Norberto, Antonio, Jorge and Jose Moura
all of Hudson. Joao Moura of Virginia, Arcilio Moura of Brookline,Francisco
Moura of Holden and Zelia Braga of Hudson. Three brothers; Jose, Antonio and
Joao Monteiro , Two sisters; Lurdes Bairos and Ditalina Moura all of Canada.
She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren and many
nieces and nephews.
A funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday Nov. 11th at 10 AM in Saint
Michael Church, 21 Manning Street, Hudson. Calling hours will be held on
Monday Nov. 10 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. At the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home
Inc,Hudson. 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA 01749. Burial will be in Saint.
Michael Cemetery, Hudson.
