Mark T. Dinnie, 48, of Hudson, died Tuesday, October 28 at Brigham & Woman's Hospital in Boston after a courageous battle with cancer. Mark was the beloved husband for 17 years to Ellen (Marrs) Dinnie of Hudson.
He was born in Springfield, and survived by his parents, George and Emily (Santini) Dinnie of Huntington Beach, CA, formerly of Ludlow. He was raised in Ludlow attending local schools and graduated from Ludlow H.S. He attended Lowell University where he received his bachelor's degree in engineering. Mark was employed as a plant manager and engineer for Nypro, Inc. of Clinton for the past 25 years. He was a member of Saint Michael's Parish in Hudson.
Besides his wife and parents, he is survived by his children, Tessa and Ian Dinnie of Hudson; 3 sisters, Debra Vosel and husband John of Bridgeville, PA, Denise Carleton and husband Robert of Huntington Beach, CA and Dawn Dinnie of West Hills, CA. He is also survived by his many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.
A funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, Nov. 3 at 10:30 a.m. in Saint Michael's Church, 21 Manning Street, Hudson. Burial will follow in Forestvale Cemetery, Hudson. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, Nov. 2, from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, Inc. 50 Central St. Hudson, MA 01749. (www.tighehamilton.com).
