Mark V. Lashua, of Hudson, formerly of South Boston and Quincy. Died unexpectedly, Thursday January 21st at the UMass Medical Center in Worcester from injuries he suffered in a fall. He was the beloved son of the late Anthony and Lillian M. (Walker) Lashua.
He was born in South Boston and spent most of his early years growing up in the Boston area before moving to Hudson. Mark was an auto mechanic for Ashmont Tire Company of Dorchester for 25 years before retiring 2 years ago. He was a 1970 graduate of the Franklin Institute of Boston. Mark was a member of River Side Rod & Gun Club and proudly served his county in the United States Army before being honorably discharged in 1972.
He is survived by his brothers, David M. Lashua and his wife Joanne of Hudson, Paul Lashua of Lowell and Barry J. White of Hudson. Also survived by many cousins. A service will be celebrated on Wednesday, January 27th. At 7:00 P.M. in the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, Inc. 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA . Family and Friends may attend calling hours on Wednesday from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.
