Maureen A. Connor

Maureen A. (Bourque) Connor, 74, of Hudson, MA, formerly of Marlborough, MA, died on Tuesday, November 3, 2024 at Sterling Village in Sterling, MA. She was predeceased by her husband Carl F. Connor in 2016.

Maureen was born in Marlborough, MA, daughter of the late Claude and Eileen (Kennedy) Bourque. 

She was raised in Hudson attending local schools and was a graduate of Hudson Catholic High School, class of 1967. She was employed by the Rockport Shoe Company of Marlborough for many years in the sales and marketing department until her retirement. She was a member of Saint Michael Parish in Hudson.

Maureen had many hobbies and interests in her life. She cherished her younger years with Carl and all the activities they shared, especially their involvement with the Marlboro Shamrocks semi-professional football organization. She enjoyed many summers at the family Cape Cod home in Dennis. Most recently she truly appreciated all her neighbors and friends in the small community she resided in Hudson.

Maureen leaves her many relatives including nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives. She is also survived by the many friends she was fortunate to have, both from when she was younger to the newer friends she made over the last few years. She was unique to everyone she met, and they will truly miss her.

A graveside service to celebrate Maureen’s life will be held at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 in Saint Michael Cemetery, Cox Street, Hudson, MA. Tighe Hamilton Regional Funeral Home, 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA is honored to be assisting with arrangements.

There are no services at the funeral home.
