Michael J. Peck, 58, of Harwich Port, Cape Cod, MA, formerly of Hudson, MA, died on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at Cape Cod Hospital in Hyannis, MA. He leaves his beloved wife of 36years, Anne (Reardon) Peck of Harwich Port, MA.
Michael was born in Framingham, MA, son of the late John Peck and survived by his mother Phyllis (Brooks) Peck of Deland, FL. He was raised in Hudson where he attended local schools and was a 1985 graduate of Assabet Valley Regional Technical High School in Marlborough, MA. Michael spent many years in the construction industry as a general contractor. He also worked for Injectronics Corporation of Clinton, MA for 24 years. Michael and Anne have enjoyed the past 5 years residing in Harwich Port.
Besides his wife and mother, Michael is survived by his 2 sons, Patrick Peck and his wife Amanda of Athol, MA, Timothy Peck and his wife Brittany of Marlborough, MA and his daughter, Ashley Peck of Palmetto, FL. He also leaves his 2 sisters, Joan Peck of Deland, FL, Linda Baranano of Deland, FL; his 5 grandchildren, Charlotte Peck, Weston, Peck, Marlowe Peck, Haven Peck, Valen Peck along with his many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Michael was an avid fisherman. He favored freshwater Bass fishing at local lakes and ponds. He was a member of the Green Water Wizzards in his younger years. He had a passion for woodworking and was always thrilled to share his work with family and friends. Hunting was another favorite and Pheasants were always at the top of his hunting list. Besides woodworking his passion was always his family. He always looked forward to the parties, cookouts, and family gatherings attended by all. Later visiting and sharing time with his grandchildren was special and always cherished by Michael. His life was short but full of love and good times. He will truly be missed by all who loved and knew him.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, April 17th, 2025, from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at the Tighe Hamilton Regional Funeral Home, 50 Central Street Hudson, MA. A service and Celebration of Michael's Life will follow at 7:00 pm in the funeral home. Committal services will be held privately.
