Michael “Mookie” A. Ramalho, 61, of Worcester, formerly of Hudson, passed away unexpectedly in his home on Thursday, March 22, 2018.
Mookie, born and raised in Hudson, MA was the son of the late Joseph J. Sr. and Mary V. (Renaud) Ramalho. Mookie was a graduate of Hudson High School, where he was a standout gymnast. He was also a former member of Christ the King Church. Michael worked for many years as a manager at IGA Grocery Store. He also spent time as a carpenter both recreationally and professionally and loved to fish.
Mookie is survived by his son, Jeff M. Ramalho of Maynard; his sisters, Judi Yost and her husband Robert of Hudson, Pauline Elhilow and her husband John of Holliston, Sandra Yellick of Northboro; his brothers, Joseph J. Ramalho, Jr. and his wife Leslie of Homosassa, FL and Robert Ramalho of Hudson and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends will be gathering at 11 am on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at Forestvale Cemetery in Hudson for a Graveside Committal Service. TIGHE HAMILTON REGIONAL FUNERAL HOME is honored to be assisting with Mookie’s arrangments.
