Michael B. Stearns-47, of Hudson, died suddenly Thursday, January 24, in Bridgewater.
He was born in Coatsville, PA, son of the late Ellsworth W. Stearns and Marguerite (Meyer) Stearns of Hudson.
He was a graduate of Hudson H.S., class of 1978. He served in the U.S. Marines and later in the Army Reserves. He was currently employed as a health care facility manager in Pembroke.
Besides his mother, he leaves his sister, Denise Stearns of Hudson; his brother Craig Stearns and wife Marilyn of Haverhill; his niece, Ashley McCourt and great niece Kaylee Tryba.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 29, at 10:00 a.m. at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, Inc. 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA 01749. Burial will follow at Forestvale Cemetery in Hudson. A calling hour from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. will be held prior to the service.
