Natalya A. (Glazunova) Zorina, 70, of Hudson, MA, died on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center in Burlington, MA.
Natalya was born and raised in Russia, daughter of the late Alexander Glazunov and Alexandra (Korotyaeva). She attended local schools and eventually earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautics Engineering. She spent many years working in the Airplane manufacturing industry as an aeronautics engineer until 1992 when she retired due to her health. She emigrated to the United States in 1998, taking up residency in Chestnut Hill, MA, Belmont, MA and in 2006 moved to Hudson, MA where she was currently residing.
Natalya is survived by her husband Vladimir N. Zorin of Hudson, MA and her son, Sergey Zorin of Weston, MA. She also leaves her sister, Alla Demidova of Russia along with other relatives and close friends.
Natalya had many interests throughout her life which included reading in her spare time or just relaxing with family. In her younger years she loved to knit and also was an accomplished fashion designer tailoring suits and dresses and other garments for her family and friends. She always looked forward to vacations and traveling which included frequent trips to west coast destinations such as San Francisco, San Diego and other west coast cities. She also enjoyed trips to the Midwest. Most of all Natalya was a devoted and loving wife and mother. She will be greatly missed but never forgotten by those who loved her.
Family and friends may attend calling hours for Natalya on Tuesday February 6, 2024, from 10am-11am, at Tighe Hamilton Regional Funeral Home, 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA; followed by a procession to Forestvale Cemetery, Broad Street in Hudson, MA for committal services.
