Norman was born and raised in Leominster, MA, son of the late Perley and Norene (Cash) Morey. He graduated from Leominster High School and Fisher Junior College. After retiring from the U.S. Postal Service he was employed by Computerworld in Framingham, MA. His first priority was always taking care of his family, which he did selflessly.

Norman's passion in life was his love of football, his heart belonged to the New England Patriots - never missing a game. In his retirement, he and his wife spent much of their time at their home on Sebago Lake, enjoying all it had to offer and being Captain at the helm of their pontoon boat. Everyone who came in contact with him was in awe of his genuine personality and kindness, always willing to help those who may need it and leaving all with a smile. He had a wonderful gift of conversation sharing stories, knowledge and advice to any and all who needed it. He was a truly a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend and will be truly missed.
