Patricia A. (Couras) Pagliuca, 63, died Saturday August 18th at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was the daughter of the late Augustino and Belmira (Soares) Couras. She is also survived by her husband Edward J. Pagliuca to whom she was married for 46 years.
Patricia was born and raised in Somerville and graduated from Somerville High School in 1964. She worked as a bookkeeper for Casaceli Trucking in Hudson for many years. Patricia was a member of the Catholic Daughters, Red Hat Society, Apple Valley Women's Club and St. Michael's Choir.
Patricia is survived by her three children, Patricia A. Ott and her husband Henry of Derry, N.H., E.J. Pagliuca and his wife Jennifer of Bellingham, MA, Leigh Ann Bush and her husband Justin of Hudson, MA. She is survived by her two sisters Rose Beaulieu of Hudson and Beverly Phillips of Monmouth, ME as well as her brother Robert Couras of Rutland, VT. She is also survived by her ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren in addition to many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may attend calling hours on Wednesday August 22nd from 5:00 to 8:00PM at the funeral home. Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home 50 Central Street Hudson, MA 01749. Funeral services will be held on Thursday August 23rd at 9:00 a.m. in St Michael's Church, 21 Manning Street Hudson. Burial will follow in St. Michaels Cemetery, Hudson.
