Pauline Rose (Faust) Minasian, 83, a long time resident of Hudson, died Sunday, April 18th with her loving family at her side at the family residence in Marlboro. She was the beloved wife of the late Vasken D. "Musty" Minasian for 33 years until his death in 1979 and is survived by her children, David A. Minasian and his wife Meg of Marlboro, Mark V. Minasian of Marlboro and Andrea "Andi" DeCenzo of Marlboro. She is also survived by her sister in law, Marie Faust, wife of the late Roger Faust of Yarmouth; her two cousins, Collette Faust of Canada, Theresa Adams of Shrewsbury; her grandchildren, Michael and Anthony Minasian, Jessica, Jennifer, Julie Anne, Chelsea and James DeCenzo; her great grandson Jacob J. Roy and many nieces and nephews. Besides her brother Roger, she was predeceased by her brother and sister in law, Leo and Martha Faust and her brother in law Paul Minasian.
Pauline was born and raised in Worcester, daughter of the late Joseph L. and Alice (LeMay) Faust. She resided in Hudson for 36 years before moving to Marlboro were she has resided the past 16 years. She owned and operated the former Towne Cleaners of Hudson and the former Towne Laundorama in Marlboro for many years with her husband Vasken. She was most recently employed by the former Digital Equipment Corp. in Burlington as a Media Librarian for many years until her retirement.
Pauline was an accomplished artist who enjoyed painting in her spare time. She created many beautiful pieces over the years which she shared with both family and friends. She loved to travel, especially to her winter residence in Ft. Pierce, Fl, enjoyed playing golf and cherished all the memorable moments she shared with her close friends "The Golden Girls".
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 24th at 10:00 a.m. in Saint Michael's Cemetery, Cox Street, Hudson. Calling hours will be held on Friday, April 23rd from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, Inc. 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA 01749.
