In addition to working at the Sears order store on the main street in Hudson, Rena worked for the Lance Corporation for many years.  For 12 years Rena and her husband Bob enjoyed winters in Sarasota Florida and prior to that the family enjoyed summers at their Lake Boon Cottage.  Rena was inexhaustible in her creativity playing organ, oil and water painting, creating poems as well as enjoying countless crafts and other artistic creations.
