Robert C. McIlveen, 73, of Hudson, died Wednesday, August 8, 2007 at Marlborough Hospital in Marlborough, MA.
He leaves his wife of 36 years Mary Teresa (Hanscom) McIlveen of Hudson.
Born in Marlborough, MA, he was the son of the late Frank and Mae (Tavares) McIlveen.
He was a retired plate caster for the Koelher Manufacturing Co. in Marlborough, MA.
Besides his wife he leaves his children, Joy Stockwell and her husband Brian of Clinton, MA and Alice Fleicher of Hudson, MA. He is also survived by his 2 sisters, Frances Conti of Hudson, MA and Joan Rossley and her husband Joseph, of Hudson, MA, 4 grandchildren, Jonathan, Linsey, Lawrence and Melissa, 3 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
He was father to the late John E. Fleicher who died in 1991, grandfather to the late Terri E. Boutwell and brother to the late Dawn Roberts, Catherine St. Jean, Phyllis Loureiro and William Mcilveen.
A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, August 11, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. in Saint Michaels Church, 21 Manning street Hudson, MA. Family and friends may attend calling hours Friday, August 10, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, Inc. (www.tighehamilton.com)
