Rosario Yanes Cameros, 81 of Hudson passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 13, 2017 at Marlborough Hospital, surrounded by her loving family after a period of declining health.
Rosario is survived by her love, Hernan Guerra; four children, Carlo Guerra Cameros, Encarnacion Guerra Cameros, Guadalupe Guerra Cameros and Estuardo Guerra Yanes; her siblings, Santos Yanes, Piedad De Roca, Regina Cruz, Fidelina Valle; her grandchildren, Hugo, Pablo, Maynor, Jennifer, Hernan, Carlos, Paula, Karolina, Juan, Jorge, Lorena, Marcos, Rosario, Crystal, Sonia, and Stephanie; five great-grandchildren, Jade, Katheryn, Joshua, Zuleyka, Edvin, Hernan, Juliansito, Jeancarlos, Santiago, Matias Ricanrdo and Charlotte, her great-great-grandchildren Marcos Emanuel.
Rosario was born in Jutiapa, Guatemala where she was raised. She was a devoted homemaker who dedicated her life to raising her family. She spent most of her life in Guatemala, but eventually settled in Hudson, where she have resided for over ten years. In addition to caring for her many grandchildren, Rosario was also an avid reader and loved cooking for her family.
A period of calling hours will be held for Rosario from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at TIGHE HAMILTON FUNERAL HOME; immediately followed by a funeral service in the church at the funeral home at 7:00 PM. Rosario will be interred in Guatemala at a later time.
